Under our work readiness program we seek to ensure that our graduates are trained in work readiness skills that they do not ordinary receive in the classroom. These skills ensure that our participants excel in a work setting. Our curriculum covers training on courses such as

We equip young people with a toolbox of career skills which involves the development of a knowledge base, expertise level and mindset that is necessary for success in the modern workplace. Under our work readiness program we seek to ensure that our graduates are trained in life skills training, workforce preparation, personal effectiveness and consequently access employment opportunities in various sectors.
From 2013-2017 we have trained over 2,000 young women and men between 20-25 years in work readiness skills and over 300 participants secured internship opportunities which have resulted in some transitioning to full time employment.
