She has over nine years entrepreneurial experience founding, setting up and establishing a world-class luxury passenger brand “Pathfinder” which has successfully redefined passenger road travel in Zimbabwe and beyond. She has recent Business Development expertise and success driving the Intercape-Pathfinder strategic partnership’s route expansion into the rest of SADC.
A self-taught entrepreneur and passionate about bringing world class business solutions to Zimbabwe and Africa’s daily problems, Cleopatra is energized by seeing startups grow from idea to inception and expansion. Her passion for Entrepreneurship and Youth/Women empowerment has seen her establish Strategic Business Innovations a business consultancy firms that excels in offering customized simple yet highly effective solutions to improving daily business operations thereby boosting companies’ Triple bottom line. Her extensive contributions have seen her collaborate with diverse local, regional and international high net clients like the Allen Entrepreneurial Institute (USA), Start-Up Africa (Kenya) and Woman Excel (Zimbabwe).

Allen is the Business Development and Operations Manager. Sustainable Economic Development expert with 12 years hands-on experience in Capacity Building and Skills Development Training Needs Analysis, Facilitation, Moderation and Mentoring for SMEs, CBOs, FBOs, NGOs, government and corporate entities. Extensive knowledge in proposal writing; conducting feasibility studies and EIAs; developing bankable business, export, strategic and implementation plans. Certified Workplace Wellness Coordinator proficient in developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating sustainable workplace programs. Additional 6 years experience in asset management, general economic and company research as a Stock Market Dealer and Investment Analyst with Stock Broking companies in Namibia and Zimbabwe.
Skilled in Project Management; Workshop Planning and Facilitation; ToT Facilitation and Moderation; Training Curricular Development; Company, General Economic and Sector Specific Research; and Report/Proposal writing. Holder of a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Degree in Finance, South African Institute of Financial Markets (SAIFM) Registered Persons Examinations (RPEs), GIZ Global Train for Trade – Productivity Network (ProNet) and Export Promotions Master Trainer, and Wellness Africa Wellness Coordinator Certifications.
Darlington is the Programs Manager, and he joined BOOST as an intern in 2016. Darlington earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies from Midlands State University. A result oriented individual with great ability in dealing with people, organisations and stakeholders. A dependable professional with three years of experience in the civil society space at both secretariat and consultancy levels and a perfectionist who devours for the best out of any situation. Professionally and technically competent in Capacity Strengthening, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research, Conference Facilitation and Training, Report writing, Proposal writing and fundraising and any other development which takes the public on board.
Monitoring And Evaluation Officer
Tinashe joined BOOST in October 2013 as an attache and is now the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Social Work from Women’s University in Africa. Tinashe leads the BOOST Young Learner’s program, entrepreneurship, internship and mentoring program. Highly conscientious and seasoned community development worker with an excellent community service record and a strong work ethic. Adept in utilizing social networks to identify new opportunities for community development efforts. Able to explain and promote a wide variety of community programs and activities to audiences of all ages and ethnic backgrounds whilst offering a framework to generate economic growth, achieve social justice, exercise environmental stewardship and strengthen governance.
Rangarirai Chakamanga is an alumni of the BOOST Fellowship Program having started out as a fellow during his University days and joined the organisation in May 2017.He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Peace and Governance from Bindura University of Science Education. Rangarirai is our youth empowerment specialist . His passion mainly lies in empowering young people through green initiatives that are environmentally sustainable and usher economic development in the process. He coordinates the BOOST Green Jobs program that is supported by UNICEF Zimbabwe and the Delta -BOOST Social Responsibility program which focuses on profitable waste management models in the country.
Web Designer And Digital Media Analyst
Valentine Gwerevende is a young IT specialist and is the Web Designer and Digital Media Analyst. She holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from Africa University. She’s an experienced systems administrator, user oriented web designer, technical and help desk support, thus she developed unique analytical and problem solving skills. Valentine is passionate about entrepreneurship and would like to make a difference in the lives of young people in Zimbabwe. Valentine prides herself by being able to work with people of different backgrounds and she feels the programs offered at BOOST gives her exposure. She is also fascinated by new technologies.
Nyasha is a holder of BSc Honors degree in Sociology. Nyasha Joined BOOST Fellowship in May 2017 as volunteer. She believes in nurturing the young people to strengthen their skills. She coordinates the BOOST Young Learners Program which focuses on breaking through self-imposed limits to achieve student greatest potential, blossom into secure and confident adults
